u8 is a high-energy house league for players that teaches individual soccer skills with particular emphasis on player positioning and game strategy. The weekly program includes a structured practice followed by a game. Teams include a mix of boys and girls who work with a staff coach throughout the season culminating in a fun championship final. We use a 4v4 (no goalie) format to maximize ball touches and ensure games are always competitive and exciting. The energy level is infectious and guaranteed to put a smile on every face!

Advanced Skills Clinics are for soccer players (9-14yrs) looking to enhance their skills and take their game to the next level. During the weekly session coaches will lead players through a series of dynamic warm-ups, developmental games and scrimmages. Over the course of the session, players will cover more advanced techniques with plenty of ball touches and player-specific coaching. Scrimmages are fast paced and stopped periodically for tactical advice. Activities are high energy and players are always engaged.

u12 is a twice weekly outdoor house league for players aged 10-12yrs. Practice is on Wednesdays at Father Sean (King & Greenhill) with games (7v7, 6+GK) on Mondays at BGT (Central Mountain). Practice is always at the same time while games rotate between 5pm and 9pm (game schedule and kick-off time depends on number of teams). Players play all positions including goalie and games are officiated by adult referees. Paid coaches ensure everyone gets equal playing time, instruction and encouragement from the sidelines.

u10 is a high-energy, developmental house league for players of any ability that teaches individual soccer skills with particular emphasis on player positioning and game strategy. Staff coaches run the practice and game which is 5v5 (4+goalie) to maximize ball touches. It is always competitive, exciting and loud!

The rotating practice/game schedule includes 5:30pm and 6:35pm time slots with a final schedule published at the beginning of the season.
