Junior Little League brings the game indoors with some modifications to ensure everyone participates equally. Coaches keep things fun with lots of action and ensure everyone is engaged.

All players come to bat when their team is hitting, and players rotate through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, short stop, outfield and catcher when fielding. Staff coaches use tees or pitch wiffle balls and rules include no bunts, no leading, no stealing and no sliding.

Junior Little League is hosted at Wentworth Sports Complex where sessions are 50-minutes long. Following a week of evaluations coaches create and balance the teams. Games are scheduled at 4:45pm and 5:45pm and change from week-to-week. The season ends with a championship day.

Players need a baseball glove, bat & helmet.

Wentworth Sport Camp offers a high energy full day program for active JK-grade 6 children.

Days begin with different field games, soccer, and a series of high intensity sports like lacrosse and dodgeball. Afternoons extend the fun with more sports and lower intensity activities like team building games, baseball and always lots of free time on the bouncy castles. Our structured curriculum is designed to keep your child active, learning and always having fun!

Drop-off is between 8:30am-9am with structured camp running from 9am-3:45pm. Pick-up is from 3:45pm-4pm.

Children should bring medications/epi-pens (in clear labelled zip lock bag) and lunch, snacks, refillable water bottle & change of clothes in backpack. No electronics or toys.
