u10 is a high-energy, developmental house league for players of any ability that teaches individual soccer skills with particular emphasis on player positioning and game strategy. Staff coaches run the practice and game which is 5v5 (4+goalie) to maximize ball touches. It is always competitive, exciting and loud! The rotating practice/game schedule includes 5:30pm and 6:35pm time slots with a final schedule published at the beginning of the season. Program runs at Father Sean O'Sullivan Park (King & Greenhill) which has a porta-potty and street parking.

Notes : Wednesdays at 5:30pm OR 6:35pm. Shin guards are mandatory & outdoor soccer cleats are recommended. Jewellery must be removed or taped and glasses must be securely held with a strap. Players should bring water bottles and parents are encouraged to bring foldup chairs to cheer from the sidelines. Jersey, shorts and socks are included and will be distributed at the field on the first day. Soccer operates rain or shine (program will be cancelled if City of Hamilton closes the field or if thunder & lightning develops during session). *** CANCELLATION POLICY *** - Cancellation 2+ weeks prior is refundable less $50 per player. - Cancellation 0-14 days prior is credit less $50 per player. - Cancellation once program has started is non-refundable.
