FEES AND COSTS:
11/2 hour class - $60.00/month for 7 months
1 hour class - $45.00/month for 7 months
45 minute class - $35.00/month for 7 months

$60 is added to each dance to cover the registration fees of 2 festivals. If additional festivals are attended, further registration fees will be billed as needed.

Creative Movement - 10 Classes - $85.00

A $5.00 fee will be charged to every family for a Rycroft Ag Society Membership. This enables them to give us priority to facility rental.

A $10.00 administration fee will be charged for each dancer for on-line registration.

The Membership Fee and Administration Fee will be due upon registration. The remaining fees will be set up to pay on your chosen payment plan beginning October 1, 2023.

2 post-dated cheques (dated for June 1st, 2024) will be given to the Treasurer by October 1st, 2023. One will be $150.00 Volunteer/Fundraising Bond cheque, returned when the Fundraising/Volunteering has been done. The second cheque will be a $50.00/dance costume deposit, returned when the costumes have been returned in good condition. This can be done onlilne as an installment option.

REFUNDS:
Monthly fees will not be refunded after a month has begun. You must notify your child's instructor AND the dance society executive prior to the beginning of a month if your child will be withdrawing from a class. Withdrawal will not be official until the Treasurer has been notified. A refund may be given for all remaining months in the season if the choreography has not yet been set, however a refund will not be given for the month in which the dancer has already attended a class. Costume fees will not be refunded once costumes have been ordered.

Refunds will not be given once dance choreography has been set by the Instructor unless withdrawal is for a medical reason. Cases will be reviewed individually by the Instructor and Executive.
