Description :

This class is 1 hour long and includes instruction on all four events – vault, bars, beam, and floor. For beginners ages 6+ with a focus on FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS, through games and circuits, while learning basic gymnastics skills. We try to do our best to place children of similar ages in the same class. All gymnasts need to wear comfortable clothing, have their hair tied back away from their face, have bare feet and should bring a water bottle to class.
