Description :

This class is 1 hour and 15 minutes long and includes instruction on all four events – vault, bars, beam, and floor. For intermediate athletes working more advanced gymnastics skills while focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals. We try to do our best to place children of similar ages in the same class. All gymnasts need to wear comfortable clothing, have their hair tied back away from their face, have bare feet and should bring a water bottle to class.
