Terms and Conditions.

There is a non-refundable $20.00 registration fee due at time of registration. Fees are due by the second week of September 2020. The Performance Studio Inc. has the right to refuse service to students whose fees remain unpaid or unresolved. It is understood and agreed that the student’s parent/guardian will give a confirmation prior to the first of the month regarding cancellations. Refunds, credits or stop of payment will not be provided after January 1, 2021. All NSF payments are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee. There are no refunds or credits for missed or cancelled classes. If a medical condition arises, a doctor’s note must be provided and a credit of the remaining amount, less the last month will be provided. Additional fees include, but are not limited to, studio uniform, costumes, Spring Musical tickets, pictures, and DVD orders.

Programs, classes and scheduling are subject to change. Students will be assessed in September, and may be recommended to a class better suited to their skill level. Class transfers (space permitting) will occur free of charge.

The Performance Studio has the right to refuse service to individuals who act in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner. Students are responsible for any damage they may cause to any property belonging or rented to The Performance Studio Inc.

Media Release.

The Performance Studio Inc. has the right to use pictures and video taken during class, performances, and the Spring Musical for marketing purposes.

Assumption of Risk.

I am aware that participating in classes and/or activities at The Performance Studio Inc. may involve risks, dangers and hazards and I, the authorized legal representative, jointly hereby forever releases, discharges and acquits The Performance Studio Inc. and all their instructors, employees, investors, agents, owners, and directors from any and all claims for damages or injuries of any kind, nature or description. The Performance Studio Inc. is also not responsible for any theft incurred on studio or performance premises.

I have read and understand the conditions above. I take full responsibility for all of my actions and conduct, or those of my child’s, pertaining to The Performance Studio and give up certain legal rights including the right to sue The Performance Studio Inc. and its directors. I have read and understand the conditions above. I agree that the terms and conditions, media release and assumption of risk is to be effective upon completion of registration.
