Calling all educators! The VBGA is pleased to invite you to a FREE Teacher Open House event at VanDusen Botanical Garden. Join us in the Great Hall & the Garden from 10am -12pm on Thursday, August 31st, 2023 where the VBGA Education Team will highlight the many teacher resources we have available to educators in the upcoming academic year, both online and in person. Meet our amazing Education Team & learn about our Field Trips (both guided & self-guided), Professional Development Workshops (online & in-person), teacher access to free Adult Education courses and the array of resources available at the Yosef Wosk Library. Enjoy a guided tour of the Garden with our Education facilitators before continuing to explore the Garden on your own for the afternoon. And, of course, we'll have some excellent prizes inlcuding field trips, registration in professional development courses, and a chance to win a 1-year membership to VanDusen Botanical Gardens! Please note that ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION is required for admission to this free event.
