Chair One Fitness will have you dancing in your seat! Chair One Fitness is a comprehensive chair exercise program designed for individuals who have concerns about standing during a fitness class. This includes active older adults, people with balance challenges, injuries, disabilities, pregnant, or suffering from obesity. This program is designed to deliver a fun, interactive workout that uplifts students while providing a total body workout. This class enables everyone to stay active mentally and physically, no matter their age and ability. Come dance with us! Instructor: Lorene Hughes (Scary Bunny Fitness)
