Hundred Acre Wood & The Wildings Camp

It is our belief that outdoor play and learning is integral to the healthy growth and development of a child. Today is the day to start instilling earth-conscious values in our children, they are the future after all. Hundred Acre Wood is in place for our children and for our planet. We offer services to children 18 months up to 14 years of age. CAMPS: We are excited to offer summer camps for 4 to 11 year olds at two different locations (Kimbercote Farms and Metcalfe Rock). We are a forest immersion program that incorporates local small businesses/workshops and now also featuring an archery component. Activities include: edible perennial walks, yoga, hiking, biking exploring rivers/waterhole, and for the older children a rock climbing component. LIT (Leaders in Training) program: Our LIT program prepares 12-14 year olds for leading groups of children in nature programming and excursions. LITs will support staff in supervising camp participants and delivering programming, with opportunities to participate in all of the programs. LIT candidates are youth who enjoy being outdoors and are interested in learning to lead groups of children safely through adventure and fun.
