Dynamic Dance & Acrobatics Policies and Procedures

Parents of 2.5-3yr olds: Parents MUST stay in the building (but not in the studio) or parked in their vehicles the entire class. Please also have your little ones go potty BEFORE class.

Registration: All students must register for the entire session and pay the entire amount to hold a spot in a class. There are no drop ins unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawal and Refunds: NO REFUNDS unless injured with a doctors note in which case you will get 50% refund minus a $30 registration fee.

Substitutions: The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and the studio cannot arrange a substitute any missed classes will be made up at the end of the session.

Respect the building: Please me mindful of other events/activities that are going on in the building by making space for others, being respectful of the building and their belongings, and not hanging around unnecessarily.

Classroom Courtesy: Please arrive early so your child is dressed and ready to go for class. Parents of small children be sure to send your little ones to the bathroom before class. There seems to be a ripple effect if one has to go! Please do not bring valuables to class; We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To prevent any accident and to maintain a clean environment no drinks or food are permitted in the studio, except for water bottles. For safety reasons NO GUM CHEWING allowed during class time.

Care of Students before and after class: The studio is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Students are not to be left at the studio for any amount of time before or after class.

User Agreement: Consent and Use of Photography MUST be accepted to register.
