Description:

This 2 hour workshop is recommended to those artists who want to improve their body awareness, strength and physical condition.

Participants will review: technique, movement exploration and preparation exercises for specific tricks.

Dress code: Please wear attire that covers your legs and arms, fitting snugly to your body. Hair should be tied back and not obstruct your movements.

 

Instructor 

Misael Vazquez has 13 years of experience on aerial straps and was coached by Juan Luis Gonzalez, Jonathan Fortin and Yuri Bozniac. Misael has been coaching straps for 10 years and has worked in Belgium, Canada, Mexico, England, Scotland, Switzerland and France.

Prerequisites: Straddle invert in the air.
