Afterschool Drop in Programming, Youth Programming, and Summer Camps
Afterschool programming runs from September to June. We are operational from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Fridays. We are a registered drop in based program, which means once you are registered your child/children may attend every day of the week or only the days that suit your families needs and schedules.
We offer bussing as an additional fee from select schools here in Leduc. The schools include Willow Park, Caledonia, Corintha Park and Notre Dame. Our bus arrives at 3:30pm and the fun begins! If your child attends another school but has the transportation to arrive to BGC Leduc each day they are still welcome to register and join our programs.
Your registration will give you access to any and all programming afterschool that we offer. ( Fall Break, PD Days and Winter Break are all seperate registrations.) This includes all of our extra programming that will be introduced to you after registration.
BGC Leduc offers a wide variety of programs that provide our children in Afterschool Programming the opportunities to experience new opportunities, build positive relationships and develops skills for life. We have Programs that run every single day and will continue to run throughout the school year that every and all children will particiapte it, but we do offer a select amount of sessional programming that children can access through additional sign ups. These programs will be sent to registered parents from September to June to sign their child up for sessions they have interest in. The sessions span for the duration of the school year and will be offered periodically throughout the year. There are stipulations in place to ensure all children will have access to the extra programming throughoutt he year.
We offer programming to children aged 6-12 years old in the Leduc and County Area. If your child is attending kindergarten and will be turning 6 by December 31st they are still elegiable to register for our programs. If they are not going to be turning 6 until the following year ( After December 31st of that school year) then you will have to wait until they turn 6 to register or if our registration is full then you will have to wait until the following school years registration in April.
