Description:
This low-impact class is designed for seniors who may not be able to participate in the in-person Personalized Strength & Balance Training class but still want to improve balance, strength, and mobility. There will be no on-floor mat work or jumping movements. We will focus on joint strength, mobility, and balance; students only need a camera on their computer, an exercise band, a chair, light weights, a little floor space and a wall. Class will be held over Zoom, with periodic instructor check-ins by phone; Zoom link will be emailed before first class. Contact instructor for details: agesmart.fit@gmail.com. INSTRUCTOR: Beth Morris has worked as a coach since 2017, with certifications in Balance Training, Functional Aging, Tai Chi and Nutrition.
