Embark on your sailing journey with Compass Adventure's Go Sailing - Cat Card Level 1 program. This week-long summer camp offers an introduction to sailing at the very basic, introductory level, providing participants with essential skills and knowledge to navigate the waters with confidence.

During Cat Card Level 1, participants will learn fundamental concepts such as rigging and derigging, basic seamanship, and sail and boat care. They'll also gain an understanding of points of sail, crew and helm responsibilities, and practice assisted capsize and recovery techniques. Additionally, participants will learn essential paddling and towing skills, as well as basic weather awareness and being prepared with personal and safety gear.

Successful completion of Cat Card Level 1 opens the door to further adventures in sailing, as participants gain entry into Go Sailing - Cat Card Level 2. Join us for an unforgettable week of learning, adventure, and sailing fun as we lay the groundwork for a lifelong passion for sailing!
