High School Rowers, are you ready to grow your skills and optimize your rowing? This coed 2.5 hours/day, week-long program will consist of a dynamic warm-up, rowing, technique work and racing. We will come inside for video review and functional training and stretching instruction. Jump start your fall High School season!

Price: $325.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 13 - 18 on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Competent swimmer, Rising 9th-12th grade with 2+ weeks of middle school or summer rowing, or 1+ HS season
