Tumbling builds strength, power, courage and confidence. Our tumbling program is geared towards gymnasts, acro dancers and chearleaders. A great opportunity for athletes to learn new skills or take existing skills to the next level. Our tumbling curriculum is based on structured progressions, with an emphasis on safety and progress. We insist on building a strong foundation before moving into big tumbling tricks. 

If your looking to progress in your walkovers, aerials & / or back handsprings this class is for you! 

Pre-requiste: Level 4+

Taught by certified Acrobatic Arts instructor Miss Taylor.
