Description:

A supervised 3 day after school program centered around sailing that enables participants to continue developing their seamanship skills in a relaxed environment with friends.

This is not a strict racing program involving a set curriculum that would be followed. Instead, sailors will get the change to mingle amongst both age groups and boat classes, exact plans being set for the day based off the participants who show up, the weather conditions, and any upcoming events the sailors wish to practice for. 

Possible activities include Sailing (Zest, Feva, J22 classes), Paddle boarding/Kayaking, visits from local professional sailmakers and racers, fishing, and minor boat work task if damage is caused (Within reason, no actual physically demanding task, chemicals, or power tools used). 

The price will be set at an introductory $110 for the first 2 weeks, after which the normal price of $130 will take affect. We ask that parents sign up at least a week out so that we can ascertain the numbers and plans more accurately.

Required age: Over 8 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Sailor Must be able to sail both up and downwind by themselves. Those not comfortable doing so may be forced to sail with a partner for a few sessions.
