Looking for more summer camp fun? Quest Summer Camp at GCA is here for families looking for extra weeks of 1:1 summer camp!

Quest Camp provides a supportive and enjoyable camp experience for individuals on the Autism spectrum. With the support of a 1:1 staff, participants will enjoy theme-based social, recreational, and leisure activities in a group setting. Camp staff assist clients in achieving personalized camp goals and participating in individual and group activities. Campers will take part in various activities both at the centre and within the local community.

Example activities:

• Sensory crafts like slime, water play and baking
• Adapted arts & crafts
• Physical activities like yoga, dancing, and obstacle courses
• Group outings in the community, such as swimming, park visits, local walks, and exploring Toronto attractions like the ROM and AGO

Supports provided by1:1 Staffing

• Support with personal care (toileting support, support in hand washing, cleaning up)
• Support in the community (hand holding or prompting)
• Support with challenging behaviours
• Medical conditions or supports including, but not limited to, wheelchairs, seizures, feeding tubes. 
• Support engaging in the camp activities, including hand over hand participation and support with group interaction

Quest Summer Camp can be paid for using Passport funding, out of pocket, or other sources.

Hours: 9:30am - 3:30pm
Dates: Daily Tuesday to Friday.

Ages: 18+ Years

Registration will occur on a first come, first served basis.

Refunds, Credits & Withdrawals
A full refund will be issued if a request is received a minimum of 30 days before the service start date.  A $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
