Description:
Instructor: Scott Guinn Students will use foundational kitchen skills to imitate and create recipes using a variety of ingredients, flavor palettes, and cooking techniques. The students will also have the opportunity to showcase their culinary talents by cooking for their peers and participating in Griot events, cooking for the public. As a culminating activity at the end of the year, students will compile all of their recipes into a cook book, thereby compressing their year-long culinary journey into a tangible keepsake.
