Description:
Join our journey of exploration into your inner self. Learn and practice multiple tools to align and connect with your intuitive knowing and find relief from stress. In this 6 week series, we will practice manifestation techniques, journaling, meditation, and learn other wellness tools. Please bring a journal, a pillow or meditation cushion, and an open heart. Each class will be 75 minutes.
