ROC(M) self study course includes the VHF text book, written and oral exam (in-person), marking and certificate. Temporary certificate provided at time of exam writing. 

Text books are picked up in person or can be mailed for a fee. ($10.00) 

Self-Study includes access to CPS - VHF online modules as well.
