Cancellation request must be sent to info@kidsandpaper.org Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the activity will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to offer the vacated spot to other customers. No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds. If the activity is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, safety concerns), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
