Yoga with the Animals is a successful and popular program we have been running since the beginning of 2020 - once virtual, we are now lucky enough to practice yoga twice a month in our centre. Led by certified instructor, Jaci Sinclair, and accompanied by a variety of furry friends (when possible) we can't wait to see you there!

This program is currently only offered at our Stratford location.

Important Information:

• While we strive to offer animal interactions in every session, our main focus is the safety and health of our animals in shelter. This means that we may occasionally have classes where animals do not join us. No refunds will be given for this circumstance. You will always be welcome to spend a few minutes before or after class in our atrium to see our adoptable animals.
• Please come to class prepared with comfortable clothes and water. We can provide extra mats should you not have one.
