Bask in the sunshine as you sculpt your body in a B’AAAD ASS Barre class held outside on the deck by Black Sheep Studios. This full body, low impact class will have your muscles burning! We encourage you to wear 1 or 2 lb. Bala Bangles on your wrists or ankles, BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and 2 lb. weights. Props We Provide: 2 lb. weights, small pilates ball and/or resistance bands.
