Description:
MNjcc’s Small Group Training program is an exclusive training system for those who are seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. This fun, supportive and joint friendly small group training class for adults 60+ will focus on improving balance, functional mobility, strength, agility and flexibility with the ultimate goal of falls prevention and maintaining independence. We'll be working on functional movements and the individual needs of every participant with the goal of improving everyday life activities. If you find that you require support getting out of the bath, or you need more strength to carry groceries or play with your grandkids - this is the workout for you! All exercises will be modified to meet the needs of each participant. This class is limited to six (6) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.
