Notes: *Any deposits and payments made prior to withdrawing from the program are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the Park District of Oak Park. All Mite players are encouraged to attend goalie practice which will be communicated once the season starts. The Mite teams will not have a specified goalie, rather all players will play goal at least one game through out the season.
