Ice Bears and family members of Ice Bears Only - Full Hockey Gear IS required.

Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates

Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear - helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates

Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.

Scrimmage of any sort is strictly prohibited. 

Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Stick & Puck sessions.
