This class provides an encouraging environment for adults to give hockey a try. No experience is required. Skills taught include skating basics, such as backward skating, crossovers, and stopping, as well as stick handling, passing, and shooting skills.The laidback atmosphere and experienced coaching provide participants with loads of fun while focusing on developing new skills. Meet new people or join with friends and spend your Friday nights on the ice! Equipment required: skates (rental available), shinpads, hockey pants, elbow pads, gloves, helmet, andstick (shoulder pads recommended).

Notes: Skate Rental is not included and is $3 for each day. Participants who rent skates are encouraged to purchase the Skate Rental Punch Pass which includes 10 rentals for $20.
