Thursday, Mar 7, 7:00-8:00P As we transition into spring in Illinois, you may see signs of fire in our state’s natural areas. The use of prescribed fire is increasing across the state and county. Learn about how prescribed fire is used here in our parks and across the county to help improve habitats for native plants and animals while reducing the risk of wildfires. Registration is required in advance for this free virtual lecture. Ages 18+
