Jazzercise blends dance with Pilates, yoga, kick boxing and strength training. Results: long lean muscles and undeniable mood boost. Instruction tailored to all fitness levels. Handheld weights are recommended. The walk-in fee is $20. The monthly fee for 8 classes is $65. Payments are made to the instructor at class. Elizabeth is a franchise instructor with the international dance fitness company of Jazzercise Inc. She has a degree in speech and hearing therapy and adopted Jazzercise as a second carreer after being evacuated out of Tehran, Iran. Jazzercise has enabled her to experience very fullfilling highlights, ie. performing in the opening ceremony of the 1984 Olympics and throughout the years being able to teach and help students improve their health, gain strength, confidence and community.
