Experience the great outdoors to the fullest through a week dedicated to building our backpacking skills. Every ounce counts when you are carrying supplies on your back, and campers will learn what to pack and what to leave behind. We'll practice essential skills like knot tying, packing a backpack, and strategies to keep food out of reach from animals. For the Thursday overnight, we will plan to hike along the Eno and make camp before we cook our own meals on a camp stove and set up tents to sleep in. Participants of all skill levels are welcome, whether you are a beginner or an experienced backpacker. 

This week provides campers to experience a single night overnight backpacking trip along the Mountain to Sea Trail, which connects to the West Point at the Eno. In case of inclement weather, we'll have the overnight at West Point on the Eno Park.
