Description:

Tai-chi is a centuries-old practice. Initially a martial art, it is practiced now for health and mental benefits. The movements are slow and intentional: balance, coordination, relaxation and focus are emphasized. Tai-chi is often described as moving meditation. The class will learn the Cheng Man-ch’ing tai chi form, a series of postures and movements.
