Description :
Girls Only: Recommended for girls interested in pursuing competitive gymnastics. Significant focus on form and technique. Recommend two 90 minute classes weekly. Novice classes are for girls with natural strength, coordination and flexibility who love gymnastics! This class will suit the gymnast who is self-motivated and who has a strong desire to do quality gymnastics. Our coaches follow a structured curriculum and children advance through progressive levels, earning a ribbon for each level that they master. Children always work at their own pace. In these 90 minute classes, our coaches will expect a higher quality of execution on fundamental skills and basics which is essential to perform more advanced gymnastics. For Novice classes, children should wear... Children are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it. Please do not bring valuables to the gym.

Notes : Girls who are interested in trying out for our competitive gymnastics team in the future are encouraged to register in this program and to sign up for two classes per week.
Prérequis : Girls must by 6 years old AND have completed RG Level 1 or one full season of KinderGym with excellent results.
