Dear Parents/Guardians,
We would like to thank you for registering in the All Stars Summer Day Camp! We have a great line-up of activities and instructors that will ensure your children have a blast this summer break!
Important Information:
Hours for camp are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm. Doors open at 8:55 a.m.
- Please ensure your child is dressed for the weather and have them bring sunscreen, a hat, a water bottle, a NUT FREE lunch and a snack.
- Parents/Guardians will be REQUIRED to Sign In and Sign Out children each day of camp with the camp staff. If someone else will be picking up or dropping off your child, please be sure the Alternate Drop off/Pick up question is filled out online during the registration process.
- Parents that give students permission to walk home after camp, MUST confirm the Walking Home Permission question is answered during the registration process.
- Please note: We will not dismiss any child from any location other than the homebase for the camp (specific school). Parents/guardians must pick their child(ren) up from the homebase.
- ACSS will be implementing safety and sanitary Policies and Procedures as we have in our previous spring/summer camps.

Cancellation - Refund Policy
- Camps – Refunds will be given up to 2 weeks before the camp start date. There will be a $10 processing fee per refund. No refund will be given less than 2 weeks before the camp start date. In special circumstances, credits may be issued upon approval of the ACSS Executive Director.
- Removal by Society – In the rare case that a student is removed from a program or camp by the society, a pro-rated refund will be given at the discretion of the Executive Director.
- Mandatory Closures – There may be the rare event of mandatory program or camp closures due to school district or government mandates. The policy in this case is as follows: for programs or camps that have begun, we will provide a pro-rated credit to your Amilia account. For camps that have NOT begun, we will provide a full refund minus a $10.00 processing fee, using the same method of payment used upon registration (ex: credit card).
As a non-profit, should a pandemic occur in our community, please note, we unfortunately are unable to provide registrants with a refund or credit for Summer Camps. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter. In special circumstances, credits may be issued upon approval of the ACSS Executive Director.
Please note that program/camp dates and locations may be subject to change as the School District has priority of facility bookings. We will notify our clients asap, should this occur.
ACSS reserves the right to remove registrants from programs, camps or events at our discretion.
