This 2 hour workshop will be divided into two parts. The drops portion will focus on proper technique for drops or dynamic movement and, building awareness for the momentum.

Duos will be a challenging research to build team work, duo connection and chemistry. Topics: mirror sequences and base/flyer positions. 

Dress code: Please wear attire that covers your legs and arms, fitting snugly to your body. Hair should be tied back and not obstruct your movements.

 

Instructor 

Misael Vazquez has 13 years of experience on aerial straps and was coached by Juan Luis Gonzalez, Jonathan Fortin and Yuri Bozniac. Misael has been coaching straps for 10 years and has worked in Belgium, Canada, Mexico, England, Scotland, Switzerland and France.
