Description :

This camp will focus on learning acro skills, and increasing balance, strength and flexibility in a fun, safe environment.
Beginner participants will focus on front roll, back roll, bridge kick over, handstands and cartwheels.

Intermediate participants will focus on back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheels, and begin to learn round offs.

Advanced participants will focus on round offs, aerials, back handsprings and round off back handsprings.
