Description:  Let’s add texture or images to your metal by using a hydraulic press! In this 5-hour workshop you will learn how to use impressions dies to create 2-dimensional jewelry pieces.  You will learn how to cut shapes using pancake dies.  This is great for jewelry production work.  You will also learn how to “puff up” your work using silhouette dies.  If we have time, you can shape metal into a synclastic bracelet.  We will have a one-hour lunch break. $50 supply fee.

Supply List:  Your supply fee will cover cost of copper and access to impression dies, pancake dies, silhouette dies and bracelet formers.

Tools:  Please bring the following: Jewelers saw and blades, French shears, steel tweezers and a permanent marker.
