Description :
Circus truly is for everyone! Gentle Aerials is aimed at students who are overcoming a fear of heights, working with physical limitations, or who simply want to slow down and take their time. Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial movements at a relaxed pace, and will have the opportunity to try a variety of apparatuses, including aerial sling, aerial silks, aerial hoop, and more. Classes will include a full warm-up, followed by skill work and review with a focus on good form and technique. Each student will work at their own pace. Not sure if this is the right class for you?
