Description :
A program for girls who show the ability to become a more advanced gymnast. A stepping stone for our competitive program. In this program the gymnasts and coaches will focus more attention on body positioning, strength and Junior Olympic level 1-3 skills. *This program is by recommendation from a coach. We have slightly modified our Petite Excelerators program. We added a half hour and renamed it. Please register into this class if you wish to continue with a program similar to Petite X.

Âge requis : 4 à 10 au jour de l'activité
Notes : For safety, bare feet or specific gymnastics slippers are only permitted in the training area. One-piece body suits are recommended for this program. If a bodysuit is not an option, gymnasts should be wearing comfortable clothing that is close to the body. Please ensure clothing does not have zippers, drawstrings, ties or pins and is made of a material that stretches – no denim. Long hair must be tied back. No jewellery except for stud earrings are permitted.
