Description :

Daily activities will focus on developing 

1) Fundamental beach volleyball skills such as passing, setting & hitting

2) Universal athletic abilities such as sprinting, jumping, diving, stretching & balancing

3) Leadership abilities such as communication and cooperation

All done in a fun and pressure free environment

Athletes will be placed in small groups formed on the basis of age and skill, with an assigned Coach. Friends and family will be placed into the same group upon request.

All Camp activities will be overseen by our Camp Director.

Daily activities may include Beach Volleyball, Grass Volleyball, Spike Ball, Cross Net Volleyball, as well as other games/sports that promote activity and fitness while respecting Ontario Health Guidelines.

Notes : Please be sure to bring the following items each day: Hat Sunscreen Sunglasses (optional) Socks for the sand (it can get hot!) Plenty of Water Lunch and snacks While Camps are scheduled to run rain or shine, if we run into storm like weather we may have to make a decision to cancel earlier than expected. There will be sun tents, washing stations and a portable restroom on site

Prérequis : Open to all players regardless of experience in volleyball. All camps are Co-ed

Informations supplémentaires : Need Child Care? We will have a staff member on site as early as 8:30 am and as late as 4:30 pm.
