Come join us for a night of technique and power! We will be working on a critical skill to advance your tumbling passes...  the ROUND-OFF!

The round-off, when properly executed, sets a gymnast up for the right amount of speed and power needed  to perform multiple tumbling skills in a row.  Bring your most powerful jumps, best snap-downs, and be ready to bring your round-offs to the next level!

Prérequis : Strong cartwheel, starting and ending in a lunge, and landing on feet. Handstand snap-down.
