Description :

Acro combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatics and artistic gymnastics. Students will learn tricks (handstands, cartwheels, needles, illusions, chest stands, aerials, and more advanced jumps and turns). With strength and flexibility being important, the emphasis of Acro is placed on extensive conditioning and stretching as well as strength training.
