Memberships

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION. PLEASE READ BELOW:

Account Set Up: When you set up an account, it should be registered in the name of the adult who will manage the account for your family. This person is the account OWNER. Then you will add your children and anyone else in your family as a MEMBER of the account.

Purchase Memberships: When you purchase a membership, our system will ask you which member of the account you are buying the membership for. Here you will select each child you are purchasing a membership for. Memberships are per child, they are not per family. Memberships are for children ages 6-months and older. As part of Milestones Park security measures, memberships must be registered in each child's name (6-months and older) to allow access into the park. Discounts are available for multiple children in the same household.  PLEASE SEE BILLING INFORMATION BELOW.

Our system will NOT allow you to purchase a membership for an adult. Only children need a membership.

Memberships Include:

• Unlimited entry into the park for 1 child, including same day re-entry.
• Entrance for 1 adult/caregiver accompanying the child with a membership.
• 10% off birthday parties (limited to 1 party/child/year)
• Member pricing on special events
• 1 additional guest for play dates at a discounted price of $10
• Up to 3 additional spectators at no charge

Memberships are for children 6-months and older. (Children 0-5 months are no-charge.) Memberships are a minimum 3-month committment. After which account owner may cancel at any time from their user portal.

Discounted membership fees for multiple children in the same household:

• 1   Child       - $39.00 per month
• 2   Children - $34.50 per child / month
• 3   Children - $33.00 per child / month
• 4   Children - $29.75 per child / month
• 5   Children - $27.80 per child / month
• 6+ Children - $25.00 per child / month

Membership includes open play only, not redeemable for events or field trips.

Don’t forget your socks! All guests (children & adults) are required to wear socks inside the park.

Membership Billing: Memberships are billed one full month in advance.  If you purchase a membership in the middle of a month, you will be charged a pro-rated fee for the current month AND the full monthly membership fee for the following month. This will give your child immediate access to the park upon completing your membership purchase. Memberships will automatically renew every month until cancelled by the account owner from the user portal. Once billed, membership fees are non-refundable. Once cancelled, your child will continue to have unlimited access to the park until the end of the current billing cycle.

BILLING EXAMPLE:  You purchase your membership on January 15th.  You will be billed for the remainder of January AND all of February.  On February 1st, you will be billed for March.

F.A.Q.

• Open play is offered every day during regular business hours.
• Memberships give unlimited access to open play, including same day re-entry.
• Reservations are not required for open play.
• There is no limit to the amount of time a child may play after entering the park.
• There is no fee for infants under 6-months. Our Infant Patch play area is reserved for our crawlers, sitters and little ones learning to walk. Once your baby begins to play in this area, they will need a play pass or membership of their own.
• Parents/guardians must sign the online waiver for each child before entering Milestones Park. Waivers are valid for 12 months.
• All guests (children and adults) are required to wear socks while inside the play park. Shoes are not permitted. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk for any guests who forget to bring them.
• Milestones Development & Play Park is not a drop-off center or childcare facility.
• It is a requirement that every child be accompanied by an adult while participating in open play or classes at the park. (The only exception is Drop & Shop, Friday Night Fun, and Seasonal Camps.)
• Adults are not permitted to enter the play park without accompanying a child.
• Only water is permitted inside the play park, and must be kept inside the locker area. All other food and drinks are prohibited inside the play park.
• Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the snack bar but must be consumed in the lobby/eating area.
• Bottles with lids for infants are permitted, but must not be carried onto the turf.
• It is our top priority to provide all children and adult guests with a safe and enjoyable experience while playing inside Milestones Park.
• No foul language, aggressive behavior or bullying will be tolerated.
• Any guests not following the above rules or following the direction/correction of the park monitors may lose the right to remain inside the park.
