*This is a membership eligible class. Drop in options available if space.

In this class, athletes will be introduced to working Fundamental level 4-6 skills, such as RO-BHS-Layout and Standing Tucks and working towards specialty Elite level 6 skills

Mandatory membership(s):

  • All Star Team Athletes | Premium Membership - 2 Classes/Week
  • All Star Team Athletes | Basic Membership - 1 Class/Week
  • Premium Membership | - 2 Classes per week
  • Basic Membership - 1 Class per week

Notes: Any late arrival will not be made up by running into the coaches next scheduled lesson/class. Any missed class will not be made up with an additional class, credit or refund.
