Description:

Hyper Flex & Flyer Performance is a 1 hour skill intensive flyer program.

This program is recommended for athletes with flying positions on their team's ONLY! Throughout each class athletes will work with an experienced coach and base group to gain confidence and improve their skills and technique flying. They will also spend time working on drills on the ground moving through circuits that contribute to strength, body control and flexibility.

*PLEASE NOTE while we endavour to always have a stunt group avalible some weeks we may not be able to facilitate this.
