We are excited to announce our Spring session of HAHSA After School Activities! Programs returning this session are Greek,  Ms. Alba's popular Cooking class, Soccer and Fusion Sports - which will also be offered to Pre-K students this session! New programs are Sheltoons Comic Book Creation and Dance class with Hillcrest's Mme. Cynthia. 

Our Spring session of After School Activities will start on March 14th to June 16th.

THURSDAYS:

• Sheltoons Comic Book Creation - Cartoon: Grades: 3 to 6  

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Registration closes on March 4th
• Only online registration, through Amilia registration, will be accepted.
• Payments can be made by credit card or eCheck.
  • Before paying by eCheck please verify with your bank that they accept eCheck.
  • A 10$ fee will be applied to your account for each eCheck payment that fails or is reversed.
• All parents are required to read and "ACCEPT" our After School Activities Policies before completing their registration.
• If you need to make a change to your child's after-school schedule and they will be absent from their program you must advise the office of this change by 12:00 pm on the day of their activity.
• All parents are required to pick up their child at 5:00 pm at the Churchill gate (unless their child is going to daycare - only for registered students).
• HAHSA After School will send a reminder email to the parents that the activity will be starting but it is the responsibility of the parents to remind their children of their after-school activity. We suggest that the parents do the following:
  • Send a note (physical or electronic) to advise their teacher
  • Put a note in your child’s lunch box
  • Remind your child in the morning that they have an activity

*REVISED MASK REQUIREMENT*
Due to the new directives from Santé Publique masks are no longer required for students in the classroom as of March 7th, 2022.  Students attending after-school activities are not required to wear a mask. Should the directives from Santé Publique change and we need to make adjustments you will be notified.
