This registration is for Domino's CHEESE Pizza on May 16th.

Price: $5.50 Taxes waived

Required age: 4 - 13 on the day of the activity

Notes: CANCELLATION POLICY 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR -NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. -NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. -NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. -THIS APPLIES TO ALL ABSENCES, INCLUDING CLASSES OR THE SCHOOL BEING SHUT DOWN DUE TO COVID. -ORDERS CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER WEEK IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENT. -THIS IS A FUNDRAISER, AND ALL THE FUNDS GO TO THE SCHOOL. Pizza orders will NOT be kept and can not be picked up by parents. Should there be a strike day, snow day or any unforeseen circumstance that the school would not be open on Pizza Day, we will try and re-schedule to a new date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
