Description:
This developmental recreation program focuses on fun, fitness, and fundamentals. With full use of our gymnastics equipment we incorporate the principals of movement: swing, spring, statics, landings, locomotion, rotations. We promote physical awareness to ensure the success and safety of our gymnasts as they progress and learn new skills.
