Beginner-intermediate level. Here Athletes Learn the Basic Fundamentals of Gymnastics and Start into the CanGym Badge Program Here at the NRG Club.

Prerequisites: These are beginner Classes, if you feel your child can be more advanced (ie. Can already do a Cartwheel with their legs straight up and do a backward roll) Contact us to see if they fit in the Intermediate Program.
